Hello and welcome to "The World According to The Knock"

So where to begin? My journey started over 4 years ago and my god what a journey it has been! But the along the way i was privileged to meet many of the bravest, feisty, honest and funniest people who are now my friends. 

We found that for this community that talking to others that have had "The Knock" was actually the best type of support  that truly helps to navigate this journey no matter what route you decided to take but there was not a safe space to do this. Over the years i have helped 100's of people deal with their journeys and so i have gathered lots of useful information, advice and knowledge along the way which has been passed onto others joining this community daily! And there are others that have done the same and so with all that knowledge, the Podcast " The World According to the Knock" came to life and is growing at a rapid pace! We, the community, are being heard and so we thought it would be a great idea to set up this website where all the information and resources can be found at the touch of a button but there is more! The community can reach out to us and add their views, thoughts, findings and advice via our wonderful forum and add their writings etc to our blog! 

So welcome to everyone and make this little seed grow so we can be listened to and accepted as equals through our journeys and lived experience.
